Leadership Rooted in Experience, Guided by Vision
At the Institute of Youth Development Practitioners – Ghana (IYDPG), our strength lies in the dedication and professionalism of our leadership. Our team is composed of seasoned youth development practitioners, policy advocates, researchers, and organizational leaders who share a common vision: to promote excellence and ethics in youth development practice across Ghana.
Our governance structure is defined by the constitution.
Board of Directors
Our seven-member Board provides visionary leadership, overseeing governance and strategy to ensure we stay true to our mission. The Board includes seasoned professionals in youth work, social development, education, and public service.
Executive Director
Our Executive Director leads the day-to-day operations of the Institute, translating strategy into action and guiding our team to deliver results that matter to young people and the communities we serve.
National Executive Committee
This 45-member committee brings together regional leaders and subject-matter experts to advise, support, and shape national initiatives. Their collective experience in policy, youth engagement, and community development is vital to our success.
Staff and Volunteers
Behind every project and event is a passionate team of staff, coordinators, and volunteers working to support youth empowerment, professional development, and positive social change.
